FAN is a professional and positive space for aspiring filmmakers to learn from each other and find resources and opportunities to continue to build their expertise. This is a non-competitive environment to nurture continuous and collective growth, supporting each other in the filmmaking craft. FAN members come from diverse backgrounds, identities and geographical locations, and we require everyone to engage with kindness and respect, and recognize the value and perspectives we all bring to this work. If a FAN member does not uphold these community agreements, we will seek to resolve conflict through dialogue and not tolerate any negative repeat behavior.
